Participate in the Career Exploration phase. Such as being interviewed by the students about your strengths and career success. Or you doing a Strengths-Based Career Interview with the student.
The Career Strengths Trainer will receive a StrengthsQuest Access Code to complete the assessment. A member of the Team will meet with you to walk through what the Themes mean for you and how to apply them so you will be more effective in your career and life.
